Description
Soft, rich chocolate cookies stuffed with gooey Nutella and marshmallow for an irresistible homemade dessert.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Nutella, for filling
Marshmallow fluff, for filling
Instructions
1. Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and chill dough for 30 minutes.
6. Scoop dough, flatten slightly, and add Nutella and marshmallow in the center.
7. Seal dough around filling and roll into balls.
8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
9. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overfill cookies to prevent leaking.
Chill dough if it becomes too soft.
Serve warm for the best gooey center.
Store in an airtight container for freshness.
