Matcha Lemonade blends earthy matcha with bright lemon juice for a refreshing drink you can enjoy any time.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons ceremonial grade matcha
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Sift the matcha into a bowl.
2. Add warm water and whisk until smooth.
3. Combine lemon juice and sweetener in a pitcher.
4. Add the whisked matcha and stir well.
5. Pour in cold water and mix.
6. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Notes
For extra freshness, add mint or basil.
