Description
A quick, no-bake Mint Oreo White Bark made with creamy white chocolate, crunchy Oreos, and refreshing mint extract.
Ingredients
20 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks
24 oz (680 g) white chocolate chips or candy melts
1/4–1/2 tsp mint extract
A few drops green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Crush Oreo cookies into chunks.
3. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
4. Add mint extract and green food coloring.
5. Fold in Oreo pieces evenly.
6. Spread mixture in the pan and freeze 2 hours.
7. Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Use quality white chocolate for best results.
Store in a cool place to prevent melting.
