Description

This natural Mounjaro recipe is a refreshing and functional drink made with simple ingredients like lemon, ginger, chia, and apple cider vinegar to support satiety and blood sugar balance.


Ingredients

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup filtered water

Dash of cinnamon (optional)


Instructions
