Description

Creamy and indulgent Olive Garden Ravioli Carbonara made easily at home with cheese ravioli, pancetta, and Parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

Cheese-filled ravioli

Pancetta or bacon

Heavy cream

Whole milk

Parmesan cheese

Butter

Garlic

Egg yolks

Salt and pepper

Parsley


Instructions

1. Cook ravioli in salted water until tender.

2. Crisp pancetta in a skillet and set aside.

3. Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.

4. Pour in cream and milk; simmer.

6. Temper egg yolks with warm sauce; add to skillet.
