Description
A rich, creamy peanut butter pie with chocolate crust and whipped filling.
Ingredients
Chocolate graham crackers – 1 ½ cups
Brown sugar – ¼ cup
Butter – 6 tbsp melted
Cream cheese – 8 oz
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Peanut butter – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Heavy cream – 1 cup
Powdered sugar (for cream) – 2 tbsp
Toppings: melted peanut butter, chocolate, candies
Instructions
1. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
2. Bake or chill until firm.
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter.
4. Whip cream and fold in gently.
5. Spread filling into crust and chill 4+ hours.
6. Top with drizzles and candies before serving.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
Chill overnight for clean slices.
Can be made ahead or frozen.
