Ingredients
Olive oil
Onion, thinly sliced
Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
Garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper
Crescent roll dough
Provolone cheese
Egg wash
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil until soft.
2. Add steak, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce; cook until browned.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F and arrange crescent dough in a ring.
4. Layer provolone and steak mixture on dough; fold tips over.
5. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden.
6. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can substitute chicken or mushrooms for steak.
Use mozzarella or Swiss cheese for a flavor twist.
Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
