Ingredients
4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1. Combine chopped rhubarb, sugar, water, and orange juice in a saucepan.
2. Stir gently and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Cook for 10–15 minutes until rhubarb softens.
