Quick and easy sand dabs recipe with pan-fried and broiled options.
Ingredients
Scale
4 whole sand dabs
1 cup flour
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 lemon
Instructions
1. Clean and dry the sand dabs.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge in flour.
4. Heat butter and oil in skillet.
5. Fry for 2–3 mins each side.
6. Serve with lemon.
Notes
For broiled option, brush with butter and lemon and broil 4 mins per side.
Serve with greens or crispy potatoes.
