Ingredients

Scale

1 lb breakfast sausage

3 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed

1 medium onion, diced

1 bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz cream cheese

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

Butter or spray for greasing

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook sausage until browned; set aside.

3. Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic until soft.

4. Layer hashbrowns in dish, then sausage and veggies.

5. Whisk eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.

6. Pour over layers and top with cheese.

7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
