Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
2. Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until just pink
3. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside
4. Lower heat slightly and add garlic, cooking until fragrant
5. Pour in white wine and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes to reduce
6. Add butter and stir until melted and smooth
7. Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning
8. Return shrimp to the pan and toss gently to coat
9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley
