Description
A creamy, spicy, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup buffalo hot sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Optional garnish: green onions or parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch until smooth.
3. Fold in chicken and 1 cup cheese.
4. Spread into dish and top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
6. Serve warm with chips or celery.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Substitute light cream cheese or Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
Keep warm in a slow cooker for parties.
