Ingredients
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 slices American cheese
4 brioche buns
Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice for the secret sauce.
3. Form beef into four loose balls; season with salt and pepper.
4. Smash patties on hot skillet; cook 3 minutes until crispy.
5. Flip, add cheese, and cook 1 more minute.
