Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Tomato
- Burger sauce
Instructions
Form beef into small balls and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place beef ball in skillet, lay tortilla on top, and press down firmly.
Cook for 3 minutes until edges crisp.
Flip carefully and move to another skillet on low heat.
Add cheese and cover to melt.
Crisp tortilla 2–3 minutes.
Remove and add toppings before serving.
Notes
