Description

Smoky Red Chimichurri is a fresh herb sauce with garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, and vinegar. Perfect for grilled meats, vegetables, and sandwiches.


Ingredients

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Finely chop parsley and cilantro and place in a bowl

2. Add minced garlic and chopped red onion

3. Pour in olive oil and red wine vinegar

4. Add smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper

5. Mix well until ingredients are evenly combined

6. Let the sauce rest for 10 minutes

7. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving
