Description
Soft, gooey s’mores rolls with chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker flavor — a warm twist on the campfire classic.
Ingredients
3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
¾ cup warm milk
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 tbsp softened butter
½ cup marshmallow fluff
2 tbsp melted chocolate
Extra graham crackers for topping
Instructions
1. Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar.
2. Add egg, butter, salt, and flour to form dough.
3. Knead 5–7 minutes; let rise 1 hour.
4. Roll dough into rectangle; spread butter and filling.
5. Roll into log; slice and place in pan.
6. Rise 30–45 minutes.
7. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
8. Cool, top with fluff and drizzle chocolate.
Notes
Use dairy-free milk or vegan butter for a plant-based option.
Mini marshmallows or fluff both work.
Toast topping lightly for authentic s’mores flavor.
