Description

A fresh, creamy, and beautifully layered strawberry matcha latte with real fruit, milk, and ceremonial grade matcha.


Ingredients

Scale

¾ cup milk or plant-based milk

4 medium strawberries, stems removed

2.5 tbsp white sugar (or honey/maple syrup)

1.5 tsp matcha powder

4 tbsp hot water

8 ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

1. Add strawberries and sugar to a tall glass. Muddle until juicy and broken down.

2. Add ice cubes over the strawberry mixture.

3. Pour milk over the ice gently to maintain layers.

4. Sift matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk until frothy.

5. Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to form the top layer.

6. Stir before drinking and enjoy.

Notes

You can use any fruit in place of strawberries such as raspberries or peaches.

Use oat or almond milk for a vegan version.

Freeze sliced strawberries instead of using ice for extra color and flavor.
