Sugar Cookie Truffles are a 4-ingredient no-bake dessert made with crushed sugar cookies, cream cheese, and white chocolate.
Ingredients
12–15 sugar cookies
2–3 oz softened cream cheese
½ tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups white chocolate melting wafers
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Crush sugar cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix with cream cheese and vanilla.
3. Roll into balls and freeze 20 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate and dip truffles.
5. Add sprinkles and refrigerate until set.
Notes
Use firm cookies for best texture.
Decorate while chocolate is wet.
Store refrigerated up to 7 days or freeze for 2 months.
