Ingredients

Scale

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.

2. Whisk olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Toss cauliflower in sauce until coated.

4. Arrange on sheet and bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

5. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve.

Notes

For vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.

Add lime juice before serving for brightness.

Can be air-fried for extra crispiness.
