Description
A quick and delicious sweet chili chicken wrap filled with tender chicken, crunchy veggies, and a tangy-sweet sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
½ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small carrot, grated
¼ cup red onion, sliced
1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden.
2. Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice; pour over chicken.
3. Simmer 1–2 minutes until coated.
4. Prepare veggies and warm tortillas.
5. Assemble wraps with chicken, veggies, and sauce.
6. Roll and serve immediately.
Notes
Use tofu or tempeh for a vegetarian option.
Make ahead by storing the filling for up to 3 days.
Add a drizzle of lime for extra brightness.
