Ingredients
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs, beaten
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Peel, boil, and mash sweet potatoes.
3. Mix sweet potatoes with sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs, and butter.
4. Spread into greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans, and butter for topping.
6. Sprinkle topping evenly over filling.
7. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
