Ingredients
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour milk into a small saucepan and warm on low heat.
2. Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
3. Stir gently until steaming but not boiling.
4. Remove from heat and add honey or maple syrup.
