Description

A trio of Valentine’s strawberry desserts including mousse cups, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and mini cheesecakes — perfect for a sweet celebration.


Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup heavy cream

12 fresh strawberries

1 cup chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup crushed graham crackers

3 tbsp melted butter

8 oz cream cheese

¼ cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup strawberry puree


Instructions

1. Blend strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla.

2. Whip cream and fold into puree for mousse.

3. Melt chocolate and dip strawberries.

4. Mix crust and press into cups.

5. Beat cheesecake filling and bake.

6. Chill all desserts before serving.

Notes
