Description

A cozy and fragrant drink made with milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Perfect served hot or iced.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups water

2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

4 cinnamon sticks or 2 tsp ground cinnamon

4 vanilla beans or 4 tsp vanilla extract

2 star anises (optional)

4 tsp black tea or 4 tea bags (optional)

Honey or sugar to taste


Instructions

1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add spices and tea.

2. Turn off heat and steep for 10 minutes.

3. Warm milk gently in another pot.

4. Strain infusion and combine with warm milk.

5. Sweeten to taste and stir.

6. Serve hot or iced.

Notes

Use almond, oat, or soy milk for dairy-free.

Add nutmeg or cardamom for extra aroma.

Store infusion and milk separately for freshness.
