Description
Crispy vegetable egg rolls with cabbage, carrots, and garlic.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Mix vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place 2 tbsp filling on wrapper; roll and seal.
3. Fry at 175°C (350°F) until golden, 3–4 min.
4. Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
Air-fryer: 200°C (390°F) 8–10 min, flip halfway.
Freeze before frying for up to 2 months.
