Description
This viral one pan dumplings recipe bakes frozen dumplings in a rich coconut curry sauce—easy, fast, and totally satisfying.
Ingredients
1 can full-fat coconut milk
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce or mushroom sauce
2 cups chopped bok choy or spinach
1 pack frozen dumplings (gyoza, potstickers, or veggie)
1 clove garlic, minced
Sesame seeds and chili oil for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
3. Add chopped greens and mix well.
4. Pour mixture into oven-safe pan.
5. Arrange frozen dumplings on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
8. Broil for 2–3 minutes if desired.
9. Top with sesame seeds and chili oil.
10. Serve hot.
Notes
Use veggie dumplings for a vegan version.
Add tofu cubes for extra protein.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
