Ingredients

4 cups watermelon, cubed

2 cups cucumber, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. Cut watermelon into cubes and slice cucumber.

2. Gently wash and dry mint leaves.

3. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, feta, and mint.

4. Whisk lime juice, honey, and olive oil for dressing.

5. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently before serving.
