Ingredients

1 small seedless watermelon, cubed

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

2 cups club soda

1/4 cup simple syrup

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and chill.

2. Blend until smooth and strain into a pitcher.

3. Add lemon juice and simple syrup, stirring well.

4. Pour in club soda and mix gently.

5. Muddle mint leaves in the pitcher.
