Description

This watermelon sorbet is the perfect summer treat—light, refreshing, and made with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups seedless watermelon (cubed, frozen)

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

45 fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

1. Cut watermelon into 1-inch chunks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

2. Add frozen cubes to a blender or food processor.

3. Pour in lime juice and add sweetener and mint if using.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Serve immediately or freeze 1–2 hours for firmer scoops.

Notes

Use very ripe watermelon for natural sweetness.

For a grown-up version, add a splash of vodka.

Pairs great with fresh fruit or light cakes.
