Ingredients
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Fresh herbs, nuts, and pepper for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice baguette and brush with olive oil.
2. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
3. Warm honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and pepper flakes over low heat; set aside.
4. Blend feta, cream cheese, and cottage cheese until smooth and fluffy.
5. Spread whipped feta onto toasted baguette slices.
6. Top with herbs, nuts, and cracked pepper.
7. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
Notes
Store whipped feta in the fridge up to 3 days.
