Ingredients
2 cups whole-milk ricotta cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Fresh thyme, nuts, lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
1. Add ricotta, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Warm honey with chili flakes, paprika, and vinegar to make hot honey.
5. Spread ricotta on a plate, drizzle with hot honey.
6. Garnish and serve with crostini or crackers.
